Missing Photo
If you are missing a LivePostcard photograph, you can search our
Lost and Found files to locate your photograph and apply it to your account.
There are several reasons why your photograph may have gone
to Lost and Found:
- Your registration information has not yet been entered into our system
(only for in-person registration, not online registration.)
- Your photograph was mistakenly sent to someone else's account.
- You did not have your ID number with you when you had your LivePostcard photograph
taken, and you used the last 4 digits of your phone number.
If your photograph was applied to an account other than yours, we are unable to trace its location.
These photographs are returned to Lost and Found when we are notified of the error
by the account owner. Until we are notified, we do not have any means of knowing where the
photograph is, or when it will be returned.
The date that your photograph was taken may not necessarily be the date that was applied to your photograph.
We have experienced occasional camera and/or operator error, causing the date of the photograph to jump
forward or backward. When this happens we do our best to backtrack and apply the correct date, however,
we may not always be able to determine what the date was.
When you enter the date on the search form, it will take the date you enter and look for one week's worth
of pictures from that date. If you do not see your photograph, please look at several weeks worth of
photographs.
This is the only location where unapplied photographs are stored. If you do not find your
photograph here, do not give up, just keep trying. You never know when your photo may turn up,
and since you know what your picture looks like better than we do, you have a much better chance
of locating it if you keep looking!
To search the Lost and Found files, log in to your Adventure Journal below and click on the
"Find a Lost Photo" button located in the left-hand column. If you have never logged in to
your adventure journal, remember that you will need your adventure id to log in. Your password
is your last name if you signed up at an attraction. If you signed up online, your password was
emailed to you within a few days of signing up. If you have lost your password, please fill out
a password request form.
Thank You, The LivePostcard Team
